    To All:

    I hope this isn't a smoked filled bar like Katie's.

    Can we please have our meetings somewhere other than a bar or tavern.

    Great meeting last night! It's that kind of organization and professionalism that will attract many hard workers who have no idea the history of our union and the many concessions that have been made on our side over the years for the benefit of the contractors, myself included.

    If every member stepped back and looked at the bigger picture and the direction our union is heading, we wouldn't stand for it.

    I encourage all members to ask the older, more experienced Journeymen, "What was the union like 10 years ago or 20 years ago?" Then, imagine what it would be like 10 or 20 years from now if we continue down the same path.

    It's not fun to think about, but we can change where we as a union are heading just by participating
